What can you expect?
day ONE
We're starting with a welcome dinner where we create an atmosphere of fun, vulnerability, and trust while taking deep breaths and preparing to roll up our sleeves for the next two days together.
Day TWO
This is when we will get knee deep in unpacking your business as it currently stands.
We will work through 4 components of building a better business together that focus on growing your mindset, creating attainable but challenging goals you can get excited about, overhauling your offers and building on the ways you currently bring revenue into your business, and implementing strategies that move the needle every time.
Day THREE
This is implementation day! Not only will you have the time to work ON your business but we get to do it together. We will use Day Two to create the roadmap and Day Three is all about putting it forward facing and making it happen.
We will also be doing a one-on-one coaching session with you AND you will get a few fabulous new headshots taken to use for your social content and website or your mama's fridge…you decide!
FOUR
We finish with one last breakfast and then you head back home to do the thing and well…we just miss you terribly!

Do i need to have everything figured out about how I want to grow my business already?
Nope. You can come with a dream in your heart, a business under your belt, and a lot of space for growth. We aren't afraid of blank slates and in fact, you'll find it extra valuable to be surrounded by more seasoned entrepreneurs than you even realize because the perspective they offer is priceless!
What if my business is running smoothly and I don't feel like I need to change much?
We believe that being a lifelong learner is a huge part of growing a successful business and we know that even if things are great in your business, having time to work ON your business rather than just in it is huge for rejuvenating creativity and helping you plan for the months ahead. We wholeheartedly welcome business owners who have their ish together but aren't afraid of going after MORE and we are here to help you get it!
How many people will be attending?
A maximum of 10 attendees. This will allow us to give individual attention as we work through the value packed agenda and keep the group nice and intimate!
Is this all inclusive?
Do you even know us?! YES! We are so excited to welcome you to the picturesque Hadden Estates! This place is incredible and we are over the moon about you getting to experience this incredible place! Rolling hills of blueberry bushes, the perfect serene outdoor space for taking that morning walk, a winery to enjoy local bite, and a beautiful pool to soak away the stresses of life in at the end of each day. All but one dinner will be provided so that you get to go explore the Classic City while you are here. And we have tons of recommendations for amazing restaurants you should try.

1:1 coaching session
In addition to the group training, each workshop attendee will receive a one on one coaching session with Melissa and Corry to get extra eyes on your work, help you craft a “what's next” plan, and peer into your offers to make sure you aren't leaving money on the table with your future clients before you leave!
We are coaches who provide a framework to help you diversify your offers, generate more revenue, and increase the impact you have on the world. This retreat is a chance to connect the dots between the head, heart, hands, and feet of your business and discover changes that will make you more money and help you feel more freedom at the same time. We're cheering you on wildly already!
